1 large jicama
Garlic powder to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil or Grapeseed oil
Pre-heat oven to 400*. Spiralize the
jicama. Spread on a lined baking sheet.
Lightly drizzle with the oil and season with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Toss and spread out again.
Bake for 15 minutes and toss to bake
evenly. Bake an additional 15 min.
This would make a great side dish to hamburgers, pork loin slices and eggs. The sauce pictured with the “hashbrowns” is the Roasted Red Pepper “Cheese” Sauce.
