½ bag of Shirataki Noodles

2c vegetables

3-4 slices of jalapeno

¼ of a green onion

Bouillon(sugar free, I use Lono Life found at Alameda Natural Grocery or Amazon)

Spices of your choice

Wedge of lime

 

In the picture shown, for vegetables I used diakon noodles, mushrooms cooked al dente, ¼ of a green onion-sliced, 3-4 slices of jalepeno.

For spices I use curry, cayenne, pepper and garlic powder or hot sauces.

 

In a wide mouth 16oz Mason jar layer in the following order:

Bouillon, spices, whole protein if you choose, shirataki noodle and your vegetables (pack them in tight to fit the 2 cups).

Optional: Top with green onion, lime wedge, jalapeno.

 

These will keep for 1 week in the fridge. Once ready to eat fill with hot water and secure your lid. Steep for 3-5 minutes. When ready, squeeze your lime and stir well to ensure the spices and bouillon mix with the noodles and vegetables.
