Ingredients
- 1lb Beef, thinly sliced (I used Trader Joe’s Shaved Beef)
- 1 Bag Riced Broccoli
- 1 Green Onion
- Crushed Red Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Ginger Powder
Beef Marinade:
- 1 TBSP Coconut Flour
- 4 TBSP Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 3 TSP Sesame Oil
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TBSP Ginger Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
Sauce:
- 1 TBSP Fish Sauce
- 2 TBSP Tamari or Soy Sauce
- 2 TSP Sesame Oil
- Pinch of Pepper
Directions
Marinate the beef in the “Marinade Mixture”. Using a large ziplock or mixing bowl works, make sure to mix well.
Heat your skillet on med-high, once hot lower to medium and add the beef in 2-3 increments. Don’t cook all at once. Cook for 5-6 minutes flipping to cook both sides.
Add all the beef back to the pan and add the sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.
In another skillet add olive oil and riced broccoli. Season with salt and pepper and cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes stirring to ensure the “rice” cooks evenly through. Optional: Add crushed red pepper.
Plate the “rice” and top with the beef and chopped green onion. Enjoy!
Seves 3-4.
