1LB Chicken Thigh, skinless and boneless sliced into strips

4 Large Stalks of Broccoli(stalks only)

1 Green onion

1Tsp Garlic Powder

Salt to season

Crushed Pepper-optional

Olive Oil or oil of choice

 

Chicken Marinade:

4TBSP Tamari or Say Sauce

2Tsp Sesame Oil

1TBSP Coconut Flour

1TBSP Garlic Powder

1TBSP Ginger Powder

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Pepper

 

Sauce:

2TBSP Tamari or Soy Sauce

1TBSP Fish Sauce

2Tsp Sesame Oil

Pinch of Pepper

 

Marinate the chicken in the marinade mixture for 30 minutes. While your chicken is marinating spiralize your broccoli stems. Cut the long “noodles” in half.

In a skillet, heat on med high with oil of choice. Add the sliced chicken and cook for 8-10 min flipping to cook thoroughly. Add the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

In another skillet with oil if choice add the broccoli “noodles”. Season with the salt, garlic powder and crushed pepper and cook stirring for 8-10 minutes, until tender but not mushy.

In another skillet, heat on med high with oil of choice. Add the sliced chicken and cook for 8-10 min flipping to cook throughly. Add the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Plate the broccoli “noodles” and top with the chicken and green onion.
