Ingredients

  • 2 Bags of Shirataki noodles, rinsed and dried
  • 6 Mushrooms, sliced thin and sautéed
  • 1 TBSP Minced Ginger
  • 1 TBSP Minced Garlic
  • 2 TBSP Tahini Paste
  • 2 TBSP Sesame Seeds
  • 1 TBSP Chili Garlic Sauce
  • 1/4C Tamari Sauce
  • 1 TBSP Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 TBSP Rice Vinegar
  • 3 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/4C cilantro, chopped
  • 2 Mini Peppers or 1/2 Bell Pepper cut into small strips
  • 1/4C Sundried Tomato
  • Chili Flake to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions

In a bowl mix together the ginger, garlic, tahini paste, tamari, sesame seeds, chili garlic sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar. Add in the rinsed Shirataki noodles and vegetables and mix well. Season with the crushed red pepper and salt.

Serve and Enjoy!
