The typical patient under the care of a CBP® doctor undergoes a thorough examination and history of the problem. This helps determine whether your condition is within the realm of our care. Next, a detailed postural exam is done. The final phase of the first office visit is to determine if spinal x-rays are necessary. Properly taken spinal x-rays are like a blueprint of your spine and often hold the key to discovering the underlying cause of your pain and discomfort. CBP® doctors analyze x-rays for biomechanical problems, such as spinal misalignments. After reviewing the results of your exam and x-rays, a CBP® doctor will schedule you to come in for a Report of Findings. This is when the doctor will explain what he found, whether CBP® can help you, how long it will take to correct and how much it will cost.
