Ingredients

  • 4 Meyer Lemons
  • 3 Garlic Clove, minced
  • 6 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 1 TSP Trader Joes Onion Salt
  • 1 TSP Crushed Red Pepper
  • Salt to taste-can be 1 TSP

Directions

Slice 3 lemons into ¼ in slices keeping the rind on. Deseed and stack 2 slices at a time and neatly mince into small squares. Mix the minced lemon with the garlic, olive oil, onion salt, crushed red pepper, salt and the juice from the remaining lemon.

This makes a 12 oz serving to store in the fridge. Great on vegetables, in salads, on chicken and fish.
