Roasted Radishes

2 Bunches of Radishes, halved

1 TBSP dried Rosemary

1 TBSP dried Thyme

2 TBSP Melted Coconut oil

Salt and Pepper


Preheat oven to 350* and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl toss the radishes with the melted coconut oil, herbs, salt and pepper. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 35-40 minutes. (Make sure to stir halfway through).

This makes for a great breakfast/dinner side dish!
